L.I.F.E evolved from a seed planted back in 2001, when a group of youth workers, nurses, service users, and counsellors came together to create a personal development course for vulnerable young people and adults called Smashed. It has undergone many transformations over the years and has now been re-launched, refreshed, and updated using evidence-based research and toolkits to better meet the needs of today’s community, as well as feedback from graduates and volunteers. We offer confidence-building courses, cooking workshops, gardening sessions, and photography projects!
